At Gul, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all technical tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
